OUR HISTORY
We began our B2B operations as Aqua Solution – a company specializing in water filtration and bottleless water dispensers. In this area, we built our experience and developed cooperation with our Partners. In 2020, we launched the Coffee Format brand, which has grown dynamically and become one of the leaders in the automatic coffee machine segment in Poland.
As our business expanded, the natural next step was to organize our operational structure. On April 15, 2026, Aqua Solution was divided, as a result of which the B2B division was separated into BE FORMAT sp. z o.o. This change is organizational in nature and supports further growth and increased efficiency, while maintaining full continuity of cooperation and existing know-how.
Currently, we are focused on further development – expanding our operations into European Union markets, broadening our portfolio, and strengthening long-term, stable partnerships.
OPERATING AREA
Our operations cover a wide area across Europe. Poland remains our primary market; however, we are dynamically expanding our presence in Germany and other European countries, including the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, and Italy.
LOCATION
Our headquarters and main warehouse are located in Kraków, serving as the central hub of our logistics. We cooperate with proven transport companies, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries across Europe. We continuously develop our distribution network, focusing on markets with the greatest potential and building long-term partnerships.
